  1. Where are is Wedding Paper Chic based? We are based in Melbourne, Australia.
  2. Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We have clients all over the globe and can always quote you on shipping before you go ahead.
  3. Are you able to print my own Design? Yes, we can print your design or ghost print for other stationery businesses.
  4. Do you do all the design and print? Yes, we do all the design and print in studio. If we need to outsource anything, we will be upfront and let you know.
  5. Do you do face to face consultations or chat over the phone? Yes, absolutely! We have a showroom based in Armadale where you can meet me and talk about your design and event. Otherwise we are always available on the phone to chat (within business hours)
  6. Do you offer a draft before customers pay a deposit? Yes, we are one of the only businesses that ALWAYS offer clients a draft of their artwork before they pay a deposit. It is important to us that we are the business you WANT to work with and we cane create something you will absolutely love!
  7. Do you offer a pay now print later option? Yes we can, we understand the current pandemic has caused major disruptions to our industry - we are here to help any way we can!
